🔐 Login credentials
Login for each manager/collaborator. They sign in at /agent with their phone or ID and PIN.

Working capital
Total = cash on hand + money out in active loans. Every payment collected lands in cash (ready to lend again); new loans and withdrawals take from it. Existing loans show under "Out in loans". Use "+ Add capital" only to record idle cash you already have on hand.

Each amount you added. Editing or deleting adjusts that manager's available capital.

Cash managers take from capital or spend on expenses, with optional slips.
Investors
Who owns the working capital. The fund (cash + money out in loans) is divided into units: every contribution buys units at that day's unit price and every payout sells them at the day's price. An investor's share is their units over everyone's and their value is units × price — so profit earned before someone joined stays with those who were in at the time, and profit earned afterwards splits by share. Capital added from the Capital page belongs to the Owner. Contributions go into a manager's float; payouts come out of it.
💼 Commissions
Managers earn a % of the profit (interest) on every new loan their team puts out — their own clients + their collectors' — never on the capital. Lines pile up in the open cycle; closing the cycle freezes them into a payable amount. Nothing accrues until you set a manager's %.

Setup
In Telegram, open @BotFather → /newbot → copy the token (looks like 123456789:AAH…).
Put it in the server environment as BOT_TOKEN (Vercel → Project → Settings → Environment Variables → Production), then redeploy.
Also set OWNER_IDS to your own Telegram id (send /miid to the bot, or use @userinfobot). Several owners: comma-separated.
Come back here and press Connect / repair webhook. It is also re-checked automatically every night.
Each owner/manager must open the bot and press Start once — Telegram does not let a bot message someone who never started it ("chat not found").
The bot runs inside this same deployment (no separate server). Daily reminders go out with the nightly job.

Stored backups
Every table, every row, as one compressed file. A copy is taken automatically every night at 02:00 (Bogotá) and the last 60 are kept; manual copies are kept forever. Restoring replaces all current data with the chosen copy (a safety copy of the current state is stored first).
